• Space Division's Mission
  Building on the Group's more than 30 years of experience in radiation systems, RYMSA's Space Division is dedicated to the design, manufacture and supply of on-board antennas and passive microwave equipment for communications satellites. The division intends to maintain its leadership in the conception and production of sophisticated technical components to the industry by working in close collaboration with its customers and ensuring that performance specifications are met or surpassed on time and within budget.

 

 

• History
  The division's initial activities were in 1987 and the first flight equipment delivery took place in 1990. It was during this period that the most significant investment in facilities and staffing took place to build the Space Division into a world-class supplier for satellite communication equipment. RYMSA has since participated in the design and building of more than 230 satellites, delivering more than 2100 assemblies, of which 1200 are already working in orbit.

 

 

• Commitment to clients
  The Space Division's clientele is made up of the most significant and renowned space contractors from the USA and Europe as well as most of their component suppliers. The division offers an integrated service to its clients and works together with them to create dedicated designs for each application. Thank to RYMSA's state-of the art facilities and equipment, the manufacturing and testing of these designs can all be carried out in-house - with customer input at every step of the way. The company is uncompromising in its commitment to delivering the best possible solutions, on time and within budget.

 

 

• Expansion plans
  The Space Division continues to serve the European and American markets, and will expand along with current and future developments led by the European Space Agency, such as ATV and GALILEO - on which RYMSA has been working since the early stages.
